Technology Solutions projects include incorporating voice and data integration, artificial intelligence, and imaging in customer service systems and call centers; integrating manufacturing application packages; and providing integration services for brokerage firms, banks, and insurance companies.
Technology Solutions has more than 300 technical professionals working at client sites across the country on projects ranging from four months to two years in duration. Job titles include Support, Consultant, Senior Consultant, Principal, and Vice President. On a recent project, staff members developed a software system called SUITE (System to Unify Information and Technology Environments) to integrate varied software, hardware, and telecommunication systems.

Staff members work primarily on site in client facilities. Staff members travel 99 percent of the time. Overtime is regular and substantial. Support staff members are paid time-and-a-half for overtime.
